V10.2.2/service update - #37

Greptile Summary

This is a routine v10.2.2 service update that bumps internal Codebelt/Cuemon packages (10.1.5 → 10.1.6, 10.5.4 → 10.5.5) and Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk (18.7.0 → 18.8.1), tightens the build pipeline, and updates documentation.

Safe to merge — all changes are additive package bumps, build configuration additions, and documentation updates with no logic changes in production code.

The only production-code file touched (RestfulApiVersionReader.cs) has a one-line XML doc update. Package bumps are patch-level increments on internal Codebelt/Cuemon packages and the test SDK. The new analyzer settings in Directory.Build.props are correctly scoped so test projects inherit AnalysisMode=none and are not affected by the stricter main-project rules. No runtime behaviour changes anywhere.
